With the help of Think Dirty, you can easily check if the product you are holding in your hand or consider buying is on the good side or not. It has a huge database which grows every day, really making a lifestyle change easier!

My Fitness Pal – There is no better diet app – period.


In case you plan to lose weight this year, this application can be tremendous help for you. My Fitness Pal is an amazing calorie counter app, which is well known for it’s huge food and drink calorie database that makes it very easy to use. You can also use it as an exercise tracker. (Okay the design isn’t as awesome as in the previous cases but the functionality makes up for it!)

Well being starts in your mind. No matter how hard you exercise or dieting, if your mind is full of negative thoughts or you are stressing during the whole day, your efforts won’t get you closer to your goals. Headspace is an amazing little app (worth trying even if you are as sceptic with meditation as me 😉 ) that provides guided meditation sessions for you.
