It’s still January, so it’s still valid to talk about New Year’s Eve Resolutions. It’s possible that you promised yourself to be healthier/sportier/leaner than last year, or you might consider a whole change in your lifestyle. No matter what, these applications are going to push you to the right direction. With the help of these 5 best health apps, you can reach your goals easier and you can even enjoy the process. Well being starts in your mind. No matter how hard you exercise or dieting, if your mind is full of negative thoughts or you are stressing during the whole day, your efforts won’t get you closer to your goals. Headspace is an amazing little app (worth trying even if you are as sceptic with meditation as me 😉 ) that provides guided meditation sessions for you. So if you have 10 minutes to relax, plug in your headphones and enjoy.
